Ayush Pay (Previously DoctCo) integrates insurance and finance into healthcare. This is done by building a platform that is data-driven and provides easy access to health coverage & simple financing models for medical treatment in Bharat.

The company has been able to establish two major sources of revenue:
1) Health Subscription: This is a service that allows customers to choose between a yearly or monthly subscription, which is priced between INR 999 to INR 12000 (with insurance) per year. This business runs on a 65% CM1 margin.
2) Service Fees: When their members utilize a partner facility for surgery, we charge a service fee of 25%, plus GST to the partner to facilitate EMI and or insurance management.

Vivek: Co-founded Dineout (Acquired by Swiggy), is a Serial Entrepreneur with a proven track record of scaling fast pace startups, Scaled Dineout with 50,000 restaurants & Dineout Gourmet passport membership to 5 lacs subscribers.
