It does it by 1. increasing attention span in the classroom 2. increases retention ability 3. ability to access learning in examination. All of this is achieved by going to bed with the workbook 18 minutes before usual bedtime.

Curedemy (registered name NVLIFE PRIVATE LIMITED) is a research-based organization active in the field of health and well-being since 2008. It has established that the state of meditation is the state of cure for all kinds of chronic suffering. It has published the book Meditation- the cure in the year 2017 where it has scientifically proven how the state of meditation is the state of cure. The company is IP heavy and difficult to explain it. Therefore, it evolved into creating products in various formats. Effortless Excellence first spin off from Curedemy. A quick fact sheet:

Curedemy began with the Vision of Naveen Varshneya (Founder) of Cure reaching every household. The founding team members all joined in the capacity of students to find the cure for their suffering (Disease, Distress or Disorder) and as they found health and well-being, they joined hands to take the science of cure to each household. This was the beginning of Curedemy.
