Le Pension Stays is a tech enabled, asset light, B2C chain of boutique holiday home rentals with presence in 6 cities that include that include Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Mussoorie, Manali & Daman and have 17 properties under operation.
We provide leisure travelers with value for money accommodation options that include private villas, service apartments & small boutique hotels across 6 cities and more being added.
We are a full stack operator, which means that each holiday home is exclusively managed & marketed by our company thus giving us full control over end to end customer experience.

Our company takes holiday home properties on a long term lease or revenue sharing agreement with home owners. Post that, we have exclusive control over the property including marketing & maintenance. We market our properties through all major OTAs such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip etc as well as through our own website and through Google & Facebook Ads. These help us in generating leads and bookings and help us drive sales.

each other.
Vatsal & Prateek are brothers. Abhishek & Vatsal studied together during their MBA at NMIMS, Mumbai.
All three of us have known each other for more than 10 years now.
Why did you decide to start this
company?
Prateek started the venture as an experiment in 2015 with a seed capital of INR 3 lacs from his parents. He started it while he was still studying and wanted to gain some real life entrepreneurial experience.
