They can also setup personal challenges for themselves where they decide what the steps/day goal is, how many days they'd like to setup this challenge for and how much they'd like to pay for this challenge. The money is to establish a sense of personal accountability.

2. Users get to setup personal challenges by paying a minimum of Rs.5/day for a minimum period of 10 days;
Changing from this to a more structured and simpler monetization model:
Free users: get to use the app for free forever with limited functionality;
Premium users: Monthly/Annual, users would get the ability to participate in 'Premium' challenges thereby giving them the ability to chat with other members in the challenge. Users can setup personal challenges any number of times and any time as long as there's only one active personal challenge setup.

each other.
Aditya has been the first and only employee so far and while he is in his final year of engineering, he has been working on Steppps since the first couple of months of me wanting to build this idea out. He was hired through an internship hiring website and since then, there's been no looking back.
Why did you decide to start this
company?
I've been extremely passionate about this sector and know that fitness/health is something people ignore. Tried solving it with a different perspective before, now with a lot more learnings.
